Aleksandar Tripković is the CEO of AstraZeneca for Serbia and Montenegro, the innovative pharmaceutical company, and has held various management positions in the company for 11 years. He has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, sales, marketing and management. He started his career at GlaxoSmithKline. Aleksandar is also a member of the board of governors of the Nordic Business Alliance in Serbia and a member of the board of directors of INOVIJA. Aleksandar graduated pharamacy at the University of Belgrade. He is married and a father of two children.

Dejan Pešić graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade and obtained an MBA in International Economics and Management at the prestigious Bocconi University in Milan. Additionally, he obtained the certification Business Coaching Diploma Intensive from the PwC Academy. He has twenty years of experience in public and private companies and organizations in Serbia, Italy, Russia, and Iran, which operate in the areas of telecommunications, sales (FMCG and durable consumer goods), and health care. For six years, he has been on the CEO of MediGroup, the largest private health care system in Serbia, consisting of health centers, hospitals, laboratories, and pharmacies. Thanks to his extensive experience and expertise, the MediGroup system has become seven times larger in the number of health facilities and users, and the primary parameters such as quality, customer satisfaction, and employees are constantly growing. This is evidenced by the Oscar for Quality Award, Champion of Excellence 2019, which the General Hospital MediGroup received in 2019 in the category of the real sector. The award was presented by the Fund for Quality Culture and Excellence. Mr. Pešić is always focused on achieving results and goals while taking care of the satisfaction of employees and clients. His skills base includes general management, sales and marketing, business transformation, and strategic planning. He has a great passion for talent development and organizational growth. He believes that continuous improvement, education, and mastering of new skills, knowledge, and performance are necessary for success. Confirmation of all the above is the "Top Manager" award, which he received three years in a row while working in the previous company. His native language is Serbian, but he speaks English, Italian, and Russian at the professional level and German at the intermediate level. He likes to spend his free time playing drums. He is married with two children.

Čedomir Pantelić was born in 1964. He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry in Novi Sad in 1988. He completed his specialization in the field of dental prosthetics in 1994 and has more than 30 years of work experience. Pantelić dental office was founded in 1991. This specialist dental office works with a special interest in dental prosthetics, implantology, oral surgery and aesthetic dentistry. He works at the Serbian Dental Chamber, where is the President of the Managing Board for a four-year term, while in the previous term he was a member of the Managing Board. The Chamber takes care of the profession, issues licenses for independent work, takes care of continuous medical education and strives to follow the most contemporary world trends in dental practice. In 2003, he also worked as a vocational subjects teacher at the Medical High School in Novi Sad. He is works at the Hilandar Medical Association and, if necessary, goes on duty to the outpatient clinic of the Hilandar Monastery. He is a member of the Sector Skills Council of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Serbia. He is married, and a father of two children.

Una Ljubičić is a doctor of medicine, with an MBA degree in General Management from the University of Sheffield. Una is the Director of rare disease program at the innovative pharmaceutical company Pfizer for the Adriatic region (Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, BiH, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Albania). She has ove 20 years of experince in the pharmaceutical industry in various sales positions, marketing, Market Access, pricing policy and management in the companies Lek Ljubljana, Sandoz and Pfizer, where she is still today. She is fluent in English and knows Russian and Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys diving and growing bonsai trees.
