We hereby inform you about our policies regarding the collection of your personal information when you submit an enquiry via our website. In collecting this information, we are acting as a data controller in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Law on Personal Data Protection valid in the Republic of Serbia (Official Gazette of RS, No. 87/2018). NALED is not required to determine a data protection officer, hence we kindly ask you to submit any potential enquiries regarding the use of your personal data via the indicated e-mail or postal address, or phone.

What personal data we collect?

For each visit to website pages, our websites register the data on IP address, the accessed webpage, and the date and time of access. This information is anonymized. The website does not require user registration. Access to locked services is enabled only to legal entities - NALED members.
When sending an enquiry, you are asked to provide your name and e-mail.

Why we collect your information?

We use the cookies to collect the information above, with the aim to improve the website functioning and potential diagnostics.
We use your data to respond to your enquiry and hopefully provide you with the necessary information.

How we use your information?

Your enquiries together with your personal data are being stored in our system.
The data is not further sent to third countries or international organizations.
We will read your message and usually respond using the same channel as the one used for your enquiry. We may ask for your consent to retain your information in our system, in order to send further information that may be of interest to you. We will not use this information to make automated decisions that may affect you.

How long we keep your information?

The data regarding your IP address, the accessed page, and the date and time of access are kept for seven days.
Your enquiry is stored in our system for one year unless you give us consent to send you further information an ongoing basis, in which case we will keep them for as long as you continue to give consent.

Your rights

You are entitled to ask us about the data we store about you, request to gain insight into these data, and ask us to correct any details if they are inaccurate. You may also request for the data to be deleted, or to be given a copy of data stored. You may ask us to stop using your information at any moment, either by clicking “Unsubscribe” link in any of our marketing emails, or by contacting us directly using the earlier listed contact information.
