Great interest of the economy in electronic archiving

At the training session in the field of electronic archiving, organized by the Alliance for e-Governance, a large number of company representatives from the entire membership attended, providing them with the opportunity to familiarize themselves in detail with the classification and storage of archival material and the regulatory framework in this area. Training topics also encompassed the utilization of electronic seals, signatures, and timestamps. Special attention was devoted to the reliable storage of electronic documents by private sector entities.

As a reminder, electronic archiving became mandatory as of January 1st this year for holders of public authorizations.

During the previous period, NALED organized six field visits to local self-government units - Niš, Kragujevac, Belgrade, Novi Sad, Pirot, and Čačak, to conduct training sessions on the use of the new software solution eArchive, while today's training is the first one intended for the private sector.

The training sessions for both the public and private sectors were supported through the project "Public procurement and good governance for greater competitiveness," financed by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), with Svetlana Jovanović, senior advisor in the Office of the Prime minister of Serbia, as the lecturer.
