The eAuction platform implementation started

The Property and Urbanism Alliance, in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, organized a webinar within which the eAuction platform was presented, a new way of selling movable and immovable property, which will be a mandatory way of selling in enforcement proceedings from September 1 this year.

The main goal of the introduction of the electronic platform, in addition to transparency, is to achieve the most favorable price through anonymous public bidding and strengthening trust in the public enforcement profession. This procedure will enable fair competition, unlike the previous one in which a very narrow circle of people participated.

The new platform for conducting electronic public bidding was presented as one of the numerous innovations in the enforcement procedure that brought changes and amendments to the Law on Enforcement and Security Interest.
