Darko Stanisavić is Deloitte's responsible partner for the Financial and M&A Consulting sector in the countries of the former Yugoslavia, Bulgaria and Albania. Darko was educated in the USA and gained rich experience of over 20 years working as a financial advisor in the USA and Central Europe. Darko started his career as an auditor and specializes in providing consulting services in the process of analyzing the feasibility of projects, privatization, as well as buying and selling companies. He has also managed numerous consulting projects in company restructuring, valuation, diagnostic studies, etc.

After finishing the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade in the field of Business Finance and Accounting, he worked in Energoprojekt’s finance sector, beginning his career at ProCredit in 2005 as an expert associate for Risk Management. Afterwards, he lead the Financial Control department. During 2009, he was name named the Head of the Internal Services Sector, and completed the ProCredit Academy for managers in the German city of Fürth. In mid-2011, he joined the Executive Board of the bank, following a path of continuous professional and personal specialization as part of the ProCredit team. In recent years, Anić has been the head of team responsible for further positioning, building, a strengthening of ProCredit bank’s image as a development oriented, socially and financially responsible institution on the Serbian financial market.

Dr. Slobodan Milenković was born on August 10, 1972, in Vranje, where he finished primary and secondary school and then the Faculty of Medicine in Niš. He started working in 2000 at the Health Center in Bujanovac, and two years later he transferred to the orthopedic-traumatology department of the Healthcare Center in Vranje. After completing the specialization in 2008, he acquired the title of specialist in orthopedic surgery and traumatology and later became the head of the department for ultrasound diagnostics of the locomotor system. He participated in numerous domestic and foreign accredited congresses, of which the International European Congress in Istanbul should be singled out in 2013. He was the organizer and lecturer of an accredited course in the field of orthopedics on the topic of internal and external fixation and stabilization of upper and lower extremity fractures. In the period from 2016-2020, he performed the function of the mayor of the city of Vranje. He is married and has two sons. From 2020. he was elected as Mayor of Vranje for a term of four years.

He graduated from the Faculty of Forestry in Belgrade, earning the title of Bachelor of Forestry Engineering. He completed his Master's studies in Economics at the Faculty of Economics in Kragujevac, specializing in Public Sector Management. Since 2005, he has been employed at the Public Enterprise for Management of Protective Forests "Borjak" in Vrnjačka Banja, where he initially served as the Commercial Director, and later as the Deputy General Manager. Since August 18, 2012, he has been serving as the Mayor of Vrnjačka Banja. He applied his extensive experience in both private and public sectors by initiating the establishment of the Vrnjačka Banja Tourism Industry Cluster, aimed at enhancing quality, promoting the destination, and fostering collaboration on significant strategic projects for the development of Vrnjačka Banja. He has been awarded the Contribution to the Development of Spa Tourism in Serbia Award for 2023 by the Association "321 Serbia"; the "Most Roma Friendly Mayor" Award in Brussels by the Committee of the Regions of the EU, the European Parliament, and the European Economic and Social Committee; Recognition by the "Borba" magazine for continuous contribution to the development of the Vrnjačka Banja local community; Manager of the Year 2019 at the prestigious conference in Cannes organized by the English Business Club; the "Captain Miša Anastasijević" Award for exceptional commitment to the development of local self-government; Grand Prix for the Best Mayor in Southeast Europe in 2014 at the International Business Summit Employ Serbia, and many others. He has participated in numerous international study trips aimed at exchanging experiences in the work of local government bodies and presenting examples of good practice. Married, father of two.
