The second session of the Alliance for Property and Urbanism in 2020 was held on Tuesday, June 16, and the session host was the Inpharm pharmaceutical company. Jelena Deretić, Assistant Minister of Justice in the Ministry of Justice was present as a guest at the session.
On this occasion, the members were presented with the Report on the Alliance's work during the COVID-19 pandemic, the results of the questionnaire on Alliance members’ doing business during the epidemic, the Grey Book 12 and recommendations from the Alliance’s domain, as well as activities from the Action Plan for Doing Business 2020-2023.
At the session, Alliance members presented several issues that they believe would be important to solve in the coming period as they significantly affect their daily business.
It was agreed with the representatives of the Ministry of Justice that an online meeting with the Alliance members will be held in the coming period in order to present them a new platform for electronic public sale in enforcement proceedings, which will be performed in electronic form exclusively from September 1, 2020.
The session was attended by representatives of Inpharm, the Chamber of Notaries, the Republic Geodetic Authority, the Business Registers Agency, the Port of Belgrade, the "Vukovic and Partners" Law Office, Balkan Wind farms, UniCredit Bank, SET Sabac, Apatin Brewery, Philip Morris Operations, Telegroup and the Chamber of Public Executors
