The Communication and Citizen Feedback project, which NALED is implementing in partnership with Majo Public, is a part of a larger Enabling Digital Governance (EDGE) project through which the World Bank supports the development of digital public administration services as a part of the digitalization reforms of public administration in Serbia.

Digitalization is the driving force behind reforms in public sector management. Applying new technologies and services and communication with citizens and the economy is necessary for the practical improvement of public administration.

To strengthen and improve the ability of citizens, businesses and public administration to recognize the benefits of digitization of public services, this Project will collect and analyze the experiences of citizens and companies, implement a comprehensive marketing campaign and organize various activities to raise awareness of the importance of digitization of public services.

The goals and objectives of the Project are:

  • Promotion of new digital services for citizens and the economy,
  • Promotion of key registers,
  • Development of tools for measuring the satisfaction of users who use eServices,
  • Promotion of the State Disaster Recovery Data Center in Kragujevac, and the further development and visibility of eServices.
