Open call for the procurement of hosting services for ChatBot application

The project „Improving municipal services in Serbia and BiH through Chatbot application“ publishes an open call for the procurement of hosting services for ChatBot application in four local governments in Serbia and BiH.

The project is supported by develoPPP.de program of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and implemented by Open Regional Fund for South East Europe - Modernization of Utility Services (GIZ ORF MMS), the Business Friendly Environment Network in SEE (BFC SEE) and company SAGA. The project stipulates the pilot introduction of fully functional Chat-Bot in four local governments in Serbia and BiH (Sombor, Šabac, Bijeljina, Laktaši) with the aim for make municipal services more available and efficient.
