Modified organization of NALED activities during COVID-19

Due to the latest developments regarding the emergence of COVID-19 in Serbia, with the aim of protecting the health of our members, partners and employees, NALED management has adopted a decision on temporary reorganization of the association's and the Executive Office activities, in line with the recommendations issued by the Government of Serbia and the World Health Organization. 

All conferences and events planned over the course of the next month will be postponed or organized with modifications - without attending audience (online). This primarily refers to the following events:

• Media conference presenting the results of citizens opinion survey on shadow economy in Serbia 
• V annual Government-to-business conference on countering shadow economy 
• Trainings for Republic Geodetic Authority officials on the implementation of the new information system for registering property in the real estate Cadaster 
• Trainings for local governments and businesses on the use of the new public procurement web portal and system 
• Workshops for new businesses "Start Legally"
• XIV Annual NALED Assembly

NALED will strive to maintain the implementation of all important activities and projects aimed at improving the business environment and encouraging local economic development, and to get involved in finding possible solutions for overcoming the effects of COVID-19 to the society and the economy, in consultation with businesses, local governments and civil society organizations in our membership, and in dialogue with our partners from the international community and the Government of Serbia.

We hope the responsible reactions of all citizens and organizations and our joint efforts will make a positive impact on preventing the further spread of COVID-19 and fast economic recovery.
